If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us with the order number and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed. Approved returns should be unused and kept in their original packaging where practical.
For hygiene reasons, worn or washed socks may not qualify for a standard return unless a confirmed product fault is involved. Approved refunds or replacements are handled after the return details are checked.
